This package gives you a single website (using WordPress so you can also have a blog on your website should you want that) with a templated design and a bunch of basic plugins* (which are nice little extras), and training on the basics of self-editing your WordPress content. You also get an email address** set up for your domain name.

We’ll talk through what it is that you want from your site, to work out the best approach; you’ll also get hand-holding during this process (this added accountability is especially handy for technophobes!!) and a month of email support after your website goes live, to ask how things are done if you can’t find them in the manual or on the website… more on that in the next paragraph!

The “Simple Website” package also includes an hour of training (Skype or UK landline calls; international landline calls not included) and a training manual on basic WordPress Editing (as well as basic SEO, adding multimedia to your blog posts, and adding links to other websites).

The hosting and domain service charges are not included in this package. See “Hosting and Domains” for further details.

Simple customisation is done (colours, fonts, sidebars etc.) using any branding you already have (or want to get done). I do fairly simple headers with your logo/branding/colours but if you would like a replacement header for your chosen template that has complex colour variations/text requirements, I am happy to recommend the designer I work with regularly!

The Simple Web Company uses a wide variety of themes (designs) which you can choose for your business: they can be configured as normal websites or with a blog included, depending on your business requirements.
