An “autoresponder” system is very important for Visitor–Subscriber conversion (building and maintaining customer lists) and automating your interactions with those potential customers. You can build relationships with your subscribers without having to write individual emails to everyone… by using the tools within Autoresponders.

Being able to turn visitors into subscribers (and customers), send unlimited follow-up emails, updates and newsletters can all enhance your web presence and your profits. Having this setup means you can control part of the interaction people have with you from the beginning – and lead people to “step 2” of getting in touch and building ongoing relationships with you.

The monthly Autoresponder subscription charges are not included in this package.

The Email Marketing package includes

- advise/assistance on creating an Autoresponder account (Aweber is the system I use and recommend); advising you on what content you will need to prepare for inclusion
- creating one initial subscription list on Aweber; creating & adding subscription box to website (up to 3 pages for HTML sites; sidebar and 1 page on a blog)
- Selecting an appropriate HTML Template from the Aweber list and customising the heading to match you website banner
- Adding the content for the first 3 emails, including Welcome Email
- basic training on use of Aweber (newsletters, email series etc.), and information on online video training provided by Aweber
