SUPPORT & CONSULTANCY
Our aim at The Simple Web Company is to use systems and software that make it simple & easy for you to add or change your own content, in the form of pages and blog posts. Our manuals support you in this too. However, we know that sometimes there are unexpected difficulties, questions or new requirements that arise that just can’t be foreseen – and this is where our hourly support package helps you.
You contact us, we provide you with an estimate, invoice you if you’re happy with that, and then we do the work.
Or you can buy a pre-paid block of hours (at a discount) that can be used for support over a period of weeks (valid up to a maximum of 2 months). We will subtract the time used for support or requests, and keep you apprised of the amount of time left in your package, and the expiry date of the package.

COACHING
If you want to learn more about the internet, how your website works, how do hosting & domain names fit together, membership sites … and more… then a coaching package will suit you.
The time you require will depend on your level of knowledge and what you want to achieve. You can start off with one or two 3-hour sessions, and then re-evaluate after that.
